HOW IT ALL BEGAN.

We created the Charcoal Stack to be a solution to one of our own problems. That’s usually how all the best ideas come about, right?

We love a classic charcoal grill. We love grilling meats at a campsite with our families. We love tailgating at Williams-Brice Stadium and feeding our friends. But we’ve never loved getting it started. Finding old newspapers isn’t as easy as it used to be and lighter fluid can be a mess.

So that got us thinking about how that process could be simplified and made easier. Who doesn’t love that?

The Charcoal Stack has seen many iterations over the years. The cardboard cylinders with their perfectly sizes holes. The right paper to burn hot and long enough to get the coals smoldering. And it should to look cool, of course. After a ton of research—and with a lot of passion and love—the Charcoal Stack is ready to make your grilling needs a little easier too.
